8am – 9am Sprint of Kings obstacle race on the Field of Valor

A fitness boot camp is type of outdoor/indoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves. Please bring your helmets if you have them, a water bottle and a towel. Wear normal work out clothes.

On Saturday morning you will be putting into practice what learned in Fridays class with a simple workout routine that is designed to get your heart rate up and your sweat flowing! Bring the same items with you and wear your workout gear!
