Thank you for pre-registering with Sport of Kings. We accept pre-registration payment for event related fees by check, money order and PayPal.  NOTE: due to Society rules, we are unable to accept PayPal for t-shirt pre-orders.  Please see below for additional information.  If you have further questions, contact the Sport of Kings Registrar at registration@sportofkings.org .

General Pre-registration Information

It is not necessary to pre-register to attend and participate in non-class activities. Pre-registration is primarily to manage classes and determine t-shirt production. It seemed natural to also allow site pre-payment so pre-registered folks could spend less time at gate as they arrive. You will be added to class lists on receipt of check and registration form with class choices listed.

Pre-registration for Sport of Kings is a multi-part process

  1. Review the class schedule and pick classes.
  2. Add classes to your “shopping cart”.
  3. Add the class fee.
  4. Add the site fee.
  5. Choose your t-shirt size and type (optional).
  6. Review your order.
  7. Tell us who you are and “check out”.
  8. Submitting payment – OR – If paying by PayPal, we will send you and invoice, and then you will submit payment.

In other words, the only thing different this year is the ability to pay using PayPal.  If paying by PayPal for one or more people, please use a SINGLE email address to receive a consolidated invoice.  This saves the organization money on PayPal fees.

Pre-registered attendees MUST check in at gate and show proof of membership.

Adults accompanying minor(s) (under 18) attending without their parents MUST bring paperwork as per Kingdom/SCA policy. The parents of the minor(s) must have this paperwork completed PRIOR to the event.

Day Fee, Adult -Non-Member: $15.00

Class Fee (All Ages): $10, for any number of classes

T-Shirt Costs

Unisex style S- XL: $20.00
Unisex style 2XL- 6XL: $25.00
Women’s Style XS- XL: $25.00
Women’s style 2XL- 4XL: $30.00

Please see the website for more information about t-shirts.  If pre-ordering a t-shirt to ensure size and availability, please send a check or money order to the Baronial mailing address (or you may pay on site).  If payment is not made by 12pm on Saturday, the shirt will be released and sold.

There will be a limited number of t-shirts available at the event (admin shelter) after 12pm Saturday, August 17th, 2019.

Paypal is not enabled for t-shirt purchase per Society rules.

Instructions for submitting payment via check/money order

  1. Complete all details on the pre-registration website. (See guide.)
  2. Select “check/money order” as your preferred payment method.
  3. Whether paying for one or more people, mail the following information with your payment:
    a. Name
    b. SCA Name
    c. Email address
    d. Membership number (if applicable)
    e. Payment amount per person

Refund policy for payment via check/money order

To request a refund of pre-registration funds made via check or money order, send an email to ThreeMountains.Exchequer@antir.org or send US mail to the Baronial mailing address on this page. Communication must be made or postmarked 48 hours prior to the start of the event. A valid postal mailing address must be included with the request. No refunds will be made for partial attendance.

Instructions for submitting payment via PayPal

  2. Select “PayPal” as your preferred payment method.
  3. If you are preregistering for multiple people, please cross reference them to a single billing email address. See the guide for more details.

The event’s gate staff will process and submit an online PayPal invoice via An Tir’s Paypal account to you for your preregistration total within 7 days.  Your PayPal invoice will only work for 7 days from the date of issue; please pay it as soon as possible.  You may make a combined payment for multiple people.

PayPal Refund Policy:

Per the An Tir PayPal Policy (January 2018), refunds to attendees will be given by the Barony of Three Mountains bank (paper) check. Request for refund of pre-event credit card payment must be made via email to ThreeMountains.Exchequer@antir.org or US mail to the Baronial mailing address on this page.  Communication must be made or postmarked 48 hours prior to the start of the event. A valid postal mailing address must be included with the request.

PayPal fees will be subtracted from the refund amount (2.2% + $0.30).
